Acceptance of Terms:
Private Dome provides the Services (defined below) to you subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at Private Dome. By accessing and using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the TOS.
Obligations for Information:
In consideration of your use of the Services, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration and confirmation (the “Personal Data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Personal Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Private Dome has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Private Dome has the right to suspend or terminate your transaction and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).
Payment and Shipping:
We accept PayPal as payment method. Please make your payment within 3 days after placing order.
The items are well-packed and ready to be shipped to your PayPal registered address within 24 hours upon cleared payment.
Returns:
Please make sure that the item is the one you are looking for. Please check once you received before ou open the inside package. REFUND or REPLACEMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF YOU HAVE OPEN THE INSIDE PACKAGE.
If the return is occurred, please bring into our attention ASAP and we are willing to refund/exchange within 14 days upon receipt. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
All returns must accompany the original packaging and include all original accessories which accompanied the original shipment.
Postage and insurance charge is non-refundable for exchange/return items.
Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling, insurance costs related to returning the item. Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to reject any returns if the proper guidelines are not followed.
